Requirements

Hello! You are shortlisted to work together with Xfnite Team but take note of the following:

YOU MUST HAVE an Internet connection (DSL/Fiber/VPN/HTTP Injector/LTE Pocket Wifi or Modem) with UNLIMITED DATA
YOU MUST HAVE a Personal computer (PC) or Laptop with mouse at home
YOU MUST HAVE A GOOD MORAL CHARACTER AND ATTITUDE!
YOU MUST HAVE an Analyzation Skills about Building/House’s Shapes (Square/Rectangle/L-Shaped/Modern)
YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO READ AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS.

Additional Note:

YOU MUST BE A FILIPINO CITIZEN.
YOU MUST NOT APPLIED/TRAINED/WORK FOR OTHER LOCAL TEAMS IN SIMILAR WORK FIELD OR PROJECT. (GlimmerTech/RGC Outwork, RYU Data Centre, FP/Fox Pain, etc.)

Note: The software/system is not compatible with macOS.

Use Beijing +8 Timezone and synced with correct current Date and Time via “time.nist.gov” server.

Project Details

WORK HOURS

You are expected to work 2-8 hours a day or at least 10-20 days in one month. Your working hours are flexible but you must meet the quota of 40 hours within a month cycle (20 hours in every 2 weeks). In case you may want to work for more than 8 hours a day or more than 20 days a month to get higher pay, is allowed.

RATES

Rates vary with your qualified approved squares/roofs.

For example, for every 800 squares/roofs is Php75 (Building Repair Project), experienced labelers earn 50-150php+/hour depending on the speed, quality and output.

Payout is given every 2 weeks.

TIME MONITORING

Please note that your number of hours will be monitored by the software that you are using. It will only count your active hours, idle moments shall not be counted.

CHARGES

Xfnite charges Service Fees for each payment the client makes.

4% Management fee, 115php and 10% Admin fee will be deducted.

REVIEW AND APPROVAL

Your work will be reviewed by Checkers, then your tasks must be approved by Judgers/Reviewers.

TASK APPROVAL

Only approved tasks are counted toward your total output. The project rules and guidelines are straightforward to follow. While we may consider tasks with minor errors, repeatedly submitting incorrect tasks may result in them being reassigned to another labeler, and those tasks will no longer be credited to you.

All you have to do is to square or label the roofs in the map.

Training

“TRAINING IS FLEXIBLE, SO YOU CAN START ANYTIME YOU WANT AND AT YOUR OWN PACE.”

Once you have passed the initial screening, you shall undergo a 2-day training.

The training is divided into Five (5) parts:

Phase 1: Pre-Course Exam

The first part of the training will be reviewing the guides and taking the Training Course Exam (Introduction to Tools and Shortcut Keys) which lasts for 15 minutes only, once you are done with the course, you may now proceed with the Live Training.

Phase 2: Live Training Module

The second part of the training consists of 22 Standard and Multi-Level Training tasks that you need to finish within 1-2 days, training videos will be provided including answer keys. Your account will be secured from deletion/blocklist after you finish the 34+ training tasks.

Phase 3: Rules and Guidelines

The third part of the training will be reviewing the Rules and Guidelines for preparation of the actual work. This will lasts for 1-2 hours.

Note: Make sure to complete the Verification process before you proceed here.

Phase 4: Landcover and Transportation

Project Training

The fourth part of the training consists of 18 Landcover Training tasks that you need to finish within 1-2 days, training videos will be provided including answer keys.

"If you can finish the all trainings within 2 days, you may start earning immediately!"

Additional Trainings to upgrade your skills:

We are also required to take Transportation Project Training (which consists 26 training tasks) and 3D Roof Project Training (which consists of 11 training tasks). These are the special projects that are different and have higher rates.

Phase 5: Actual Live Labeling with Pay

You will be paid 75php per 800 qualified features, experienced labelers can work 800 qualified features per hour, for trainees/newbies, let's say you finished 800 qualified features within 1 hour, you’ll only earn 75php.

"Rate varies per project, different projects have different rates, current active projects are Building Repair, Landcover and Transportation Projects."

Based on the chart, labelers earn less on their first 100 hours and increase as they invest more time working.

Just need to repair the system generated labels, all labels in the whole task will be credited to you including those you didn't touch.

NOTE:

22+ Initial Training Tasks should be done within 1 week.

Once you are inactive for 10 days, and yet training is not finished. The system will automatically blocklist you. Time starts once you login using our software, so make sure that the training is done within the allowable time frame. Once you have completed and passed the Training, you may now start working with Xfnite.

Mode of Salary Payment

Below are Modes of Payment on how to get your salary from Xfnite.

Gcash (P15 Charge)
BPI and Landbank (P10 Charge)
Metrobank, CIMB, RCBC, Unionbank and other banks (P15 Charge)

Expected Salary ranges from P1,000 - P30,000 a month depending on invested worktime hours, work quality, and speed.

DETAILS:

Minimum Payout: Php 1,500 per cut-off. Unclaimed payouts will carry over to the next cut-off.
Cut-off Schedule: 15th and 30th of the month.
Distribution: Every 5th and 20th of each month.
Example: If you start working July 1–15, first payout will be listed August 5.

SUMMARY

Xfnite is a legit annotation platform, you don't need to pay any registration fee or activation fee, this is a legit actual job paying since 2017. If ever a team manager ask for money, please report it immediately!
Rates vary depending on work hours, speed, performance, or output.
P50-P350+/hour. If you are confident that you are a fast learner or a gamer. you can reach P350+/hour rate in no time.
Payment is TWICE A MONTH!
Xfnite is advertised as an ANNOTATION PLATFORM or for those looking for an extra income, if you are looking for a stable job to cater your daily needs, you might not belong here.
