Prices, specifications, and terms are subject to change without notice. XepherTech is not responsible for any typographical, photographic, or programming errors or omissions regarding prices or other information. Buyer agrees that any dispute, legal action, or proceeding arising from or related to this transaction shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the state of Tennessee. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Northeastern District of Tennessee and the state courts within Washington County, Tennessee, as detailed in the Terms of Use. XepherTech reserves the right to reject our services.
Repairs & Custom Builds
Pricing and Estimates: The prices displayed on our website are for services only and do not reflect the cost of parts or custom builds. A non-refundable diagnostic fee of $50.00 will be charged for all services to cover time spent diagnosing a problem, as stated in the Service Agreement. This fee is applied toward the total cost of the final repair if the customer authorizes the work.
Parts and Labor: The images of computers or computer cases displayed on the XepherTech website are for demonstration purposes only. They are not part of a computer build unless specifically requested and selected by the customer. All custom builds and labor are subject to applicable Tennessee State and local sales tax, as outlined in the Service Agreement.
Service and Transportation Fees: There is a transportation fee for on-site visits to your home or business, which is based on current Uber and Lyft prices at the time of the scheduled visit. This is separate from the service call fee of $40.00, as stated in the Service Agreement, which covers the time and travel required for the visit.
Special-Ordered Parts: Computer parts, hardware, and software that need to be special ordered must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable, as detailed in the Service Agreement and Terms of Sale.
Warranty and Liability
No Guarantees: While XepherTech strives for the highest quality of service, specific results for repairs cannot be guaranteed. You understand that in the process of working on your computer equipment, there is a potential for data loss. You agree that you are solely responsible for backing up all data before any work is performed, and XepherTech will not be responsible for data loss, as stated in the Service Agreement.
Limited Liability: XepherTech’s total liability for any damages or losses related to any service or part provided shall not exceed the total cost of the specific service or part purchased by you. Under no circumstances will XepherTech be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or lost data, as detailed in the Terms of Use and Service Agreement.
