In regards to membership the current bylaws state:

Membership shall include husband and wife in the case of jointly owned homes, or an individual owner or owners.  Each such member is entitled to one vote. 

The annual dues in the Association shall be $50.00 per home. 

The annual dues are payable in two (2) installments, January 1st and July 1". 

*The By-Laws may be amended at any regular meeting by a two-thirds vote of those members present and including absentee ballots, provided notice of the proposed amendment shall have been given at the previous regular meeting. 

All such proposed amendments shall be submitted in writing by the Executive Board or by two members.
