Annual & Financial Reports

The Wyndham Woods Homeowners Association currently has two utility accounts: 

1.  Duke Energy to keep the front entry lit. Approximately $50 a month. 

2. The City of Casselberry to irrigate the front entry. This is currently shut off. The cost to turn it back on is $113.19.

Mowing of the front entrance is provided at no additional cost by the county and the landscaping is currently maintained and updated periodically by generous neighbors that donate their time and resources.

The goal in reviving this organization is twofold. We would love to encourage a greater sense of community among our neighbors and organize some fun events while at the same time providing full transparency and accountability on how your dues and donations are allocated and why they are a vital part of improving and maintaining our shared spaces. Your feedback and participation are vital in shaping the neighborhood we all call home.
