A neighborhood announcement board is a simple, always-visible way to keep everyone informed—whether they’re online or not. Unlike social media, it can’t be buried by algorithms, and people see it naturally while walking or driving by. It creates a real-world gathering point that sparks neighbor-to-neighbor conversations, works even during internet or power outages, and shows the community is active and cared for. As a low-cost addition that strengthens communication, engagement, and neighborhood appeal, it’s a smart investment in both community connection and property value.

This neighborhood announcement board is a project for the community, by the community. It will only be possible with contributions from neighbors like you. Your support—big or small—helps cover materials, installation, and upkeep, ensuring that everyone benefits from a stronger, more connected neighborhood. Together, we can create a lasting resource that keeps us informed, engaged, and proud of where we live. Costs are still being calculated but we estimate this investment will range from $500-$800 for materials if built locally by neighbors or $1,250 if a kit is purchased.
