2.1 Refund Eligibility 

a. Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

• Technical issues on our part preventing access to services or products

• Cancellation of services or products before anything is delivered

• If you are on a monthly subscription you may cancel all future monthly payments as long as you have paid all prior used services and products. You will not be eligible for a refund of the current month

• All other scenarios will be dealt with as they arise

b. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval

2.3 Non-Refundable Items
