The team has got to the end of the sprint. They have had their first Sprint Review with Julia and some of the other stakeholders and whilst they have not delivered exactly to the Sprint Goal they have been able to deliver some value that has given Julia and the stakeholders much to think about as well as some insightful feedback for the team. That said, the sprint was tough and with the retro coming up Belina knows a change needs to happen to help the team. Belina is nervous as she's never facilitated a retrospective before.
