Belina is a Project Manager in the business and she catches wind of this new project - she wants in! Belina has long held an interest in working in an agile way and has gained a lot of knowledge in the area by taking up some professional learning as well as reading up on it.
Whilst she does not have the experience, Belina summons up the courage to arrange to buy Julia a coffee so she can discuss the opportunity with her and see what her thoughts may be.
Julia and Belina meet and they get on great. Belina takes a big gulp and broaches the subject by asking "I hear you are setting up a new team to take a new product to market and you are going to use an agile approach. I also have a huge interest in working in this way."
Whilst Belina is talking Julia is thinking to herself that whilst she really likes Belina, she does not have experience of working in this way. This is a pilot that Julia hopes can change the way that the business works.
Belina really wants the role of the Scrum Master and realizes that she needs to cut to the chase. From the choices below, what would Belina say to Julia next to build Julia's confidence in her and get the role?
