But I've been on the two-day course and I have passed the exam what else do you want?
Unfortunately, a lot of folks can think that all there is to learn about this complex role can be learned in a two-day course and nothing is further from the truth. The beauty of Scrum is that whilst it is very lightweight, to get it right takes so much effort and discipline with the biggest changes really coming in the mindset rather than framework rules. The two-day courses are great and if you have a great group and coach then further learning will come from that but if all of the research and learning that you have done is the two-day course then you may want to consider upping your efforts. Maybe take part in some lean coffee sessions? Maybe attend some of the community events and meet-ups? See if you can find a Scrum Team in your current organization that will let you shadow them for while so you can see how things play out in real life as opposed to the textbook. The learnings from these alone will benefit you no end and whilst nothing will fully prepare you for the role, the more you do, the better prepared you'll be.
