About Us / Heritage and History : Born and Made in America

Rock Creek Express LLC is a family and veteran owned and operated business. In March of 2023, I started small trucking company using a good marketing staff to find more direct loads. Our family has been in farming, ranching, trucking and heavy construction business and industry for over 50 years with heavy diesel equipment machine & repair shop. As my father & brothers are diesel mechanics, truck drivers, farmers and ranchers. With selling new and used diesel engines retail sales on the side. With determination and knowledge to give quality service to both large and small customers alike. The name Rock Creek Express LLC comes from being close to Rock Creek Station with the Little Blue River Valley and canyon area was ripped open from the Great Ice Age with glaciers extending down into the Nebraska with the Rock Creek River flowing into Nebraska with the Oregon Trail and Pony Express came to cross a toll bridge where a Road Ranch, Post Office, Store and Pony Express crossed over. This place is very close to our family farm and ranch just a mile away to the North where I grew up. Myself and another neighbor kid used ride our bikes down by the Rock Creek River to fish and play in the area that was rocky and canyon feel by the Rock Creek River before becoming a Nebraska State Park. The Park you will see mixture of wildlife that myself and my neighbor kid used to enjoy watching and hunting when in season.  Little did we know that shooting incident between young James Butler Hickock "Wild Bill Hickock", Woods, Gordon, and McCanles would become famous. And later Wild Bill Hickock dies at age of 35 with deadman's hand of black suits of Aces and Eights in a game of poker.
