THE BLACK ABO — Marketing Policy

1. Communication with Users

THE BLACK ABO may communicate with registered users regarding:

New class schedules and programme updates
Upcoming camps, events, and special training sessions
Academy news and elite coaching opportunities
Exclusive member offers and early booking access
App updates and new feature announcements

2. User Consent

Marketing communications are sent only to users who have created a registered account with THE BLACK ABO. By completing registration, users agree to receive academy-related communications. Users may withdraw this consent at any time using the opt-out methods described in Section 3.

3. Opt-Out

Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

Updating notification preferences within the app (Settings → Notifications)
Contacting us directly at hello@theblackabo.com

Opt-out requests are processed within 7 business days. Transactional communications (booking confirmations, payment receipts, class reminders) are not affected by marketing opt-out.

4. Third-Party Marketing

THE BLACK ABO does not share user data with third-party marketing partners. We do not display third-party advertisements within the app.

5. Data Use for Marketing

Only a user's name and email address are used for marketing communications. Payment information, location data, and session history are never used for marketing purposes.

6. Children's Marketing Policy

THE BLACK ABO does not send marketing communications directly to individuals under the age of 13. All student registrations for users under the age of 18 require parent or guardian consent. Marketing communications relating to a minor's training are directed to the registered parent or guardian account only.

7. Applicable Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). Where users are located in the European Economic Area, GDPR provisions also apply.
