EXTRA: Alton to Rocester (A Walk Back)
In Part 15 of my walk following the Staffordshire Way. I walk from Rocester and continue to the village of Alton (Next to Alton Towers) using the Staffordshire Way, via the outskirts of the village of Denstone. I then have a little walk around the village of Alton. This video is a continuation of that walk where I walk back to Rocester but a different way (The two videos combined make a circular walk. In this walk we continue from Alton Castle and make our way down to the Churnet Valley Railway Walk, joing the walk at the former Alton Towers railway station. We pick up the railway walk and follow it along to the village of Denstone, a quick look around and we continue on a short walk along roads to the JCB World headquarters and using the lake we head around back to the village of Rocester, finishing the walk back at the Buttercross where we began part 15 of the Staffordshire Way.
