If you need to make several copies, need specific binding options, or would simply prefer to save yourself some time, let the library help with your copying needs.
If you have pages from a printed document or book:
Complete a printed copy of the Photocopying Services Request Form.
Send to the library the printed document or book, along with the completed Photocopying Services Request Form.
If you have a digital file or print job you want released:
Complete the digital Photocopying Services Request Form.
If you would like posters, cutouts, or other paper products laminated, please do the following:
Use a paperclip to bind all of the materials you would like laminated.
Place a sticky note with your name on the materials. If applicable, provide a date for when you would like the laminated materials completed.
Drop off your materials at the library.
Note: Please give the library at least 24 hours to complete your lamination request.
Do you need letters and graphics for your bulletin board or other areas of your classroom? The library has a variety of dies and paper colors to enhance your classroom aesthetics. Complete the Die Cutting Services Request Form, or feel free to come to the library and use the equipment.
If you would like to create an original poster for your classroom or school use, the library can help. Following are the procedures for the poster-making process:
Design the poster image. If you need help with some templates, the library can help.
Decide on the size of the poster. We offer the following sizes and prices:
12" x 18" - $7
24" x 36" - $14
24" x 72" - $26
Complete a purchase order. The vendor name is Library (Printing Services). Please note: The library cannot make a poster without a purchase order.
Complete the Poster Services Request Form.
Review your printed poster and receipt for accuracy.
