By plane

The Belgrade airport 'Nikola Tesla' is situated 18 km west of Belgrade. All major international and several low-cost airlines have regular service to Belgrade. Updated flight information is available here.

Getting to Belgrade from the airport "Nikola Tesla"

Car transfer

Participants can book a Car transfer through our Technical organizer (email:  mice@panacomp.net). The price per direction per vehicle is 30 EUR, and the maximum number of passengers in the vehicle is 3. In the email please provide flight details (arrival flight number, date, and time (00-24h) and departure flight number, date, and time (00-24h)). In reply to your email, The Panacomp agency will confirm your transfer booking. 

From the airport to the city center there is an express mini-bus line A1 (ticket price around 400 RSD/3.5 EUR at the driver), departing every 20 min in the rush-hour, that takes you to the Slavija square which is 2km from the conference venue.

Another option is bus line 72 which takes longer time to travel from the airport to the center of Belgrade but its last stop 'Zeleni Venac' is the closest to the conference venue (approx. 500m). Instruction how to buy a ticket for public transportation is below.

Taxi from the airport has a fixed-rate price of 3000 RSD (25 EUR) and the service is ordered exclusively by taking a taxi-voucher (details available here). Find a taxi counter in arrivals hall as soon as you exit the custom control and the restricted area and take the voucher. Please note that there may be some illegal taxi drivers that will offer services at the arrival hall.

By bus

International bus lines operate to all neighboring and most European countries on a daily basis. The timetable can be found here. 

By car

Belgrade is located at the intersection of the European E-70 and E-75 highways. Foreign drivers in Serbia are required to have a national driver's license, traffic permit, and an insurance policy. It is compulsory to use daytime running lights or dipped headlights during the day. Parking in the city center at public places and in garages is limited, more information can be found here.

Public transportation in Belgrade

The one bus-ride ticket is 50 RSD (approx 0.40 EUR) and for a daily ticket, the price is 120 RSD (1 EUR). Tickets can be purchased through the Beograd plus application (Google Play AppGalery AppStore), and the payment can be made by credit card. The instructions on how to buy a ticket can be found here. Please be aware that the option of paying by sending SMS code is not operating for most of the foreign mobile networks. All rides between 00h - 04h are free!
