Keri's "Word Taboo"

This is a game that Keri Glenn plays with her students, forcing them to think of new phrases by making the phrase they usually use "taboo" and saying they can't use it.

Caitlyn's "Adult Coloring"

Ask the student to use highlighters and highlight their introductory sentences, concluding statements, quotes, thesis statements, etc. to give them a bird's eye view of the paper

Encourage students to reach conclusions on their own through games and reward them through wins.
