+ Are you open for commissions?

Yes, we are open.


+ I don't know how to use Paypal.

If you're opening a new Paypal account, it takes roughly 5 working days for bank account/credit card linking approval.


+ My payment did not arrive.

It's possible that your payment is in pending (if payment source is from bank). Please check your inbox and see if there's any email confirmation from Paypal, then send screenshots to our customer care for further assistance. For more info about payment pending, click here.


+ I don't like what I see on your samples.

Please be sure to switch the view to most recently created files ('latest modified') so you may can get the latest, more accurate representation of our current writing skills. Also, check on the dates just to be sure. (But if that still doesn't convince you, then there's no helping it.)


+ Why can't I place order for kink XXX and XXX that aren't listed in your website?

It will be difficult for our writer feel inspired to write in themes that they are not invested in. Clients are encouraged to provide a prompt that can inspired to propel a story to move forward.


+ Sorry but kink XXX and XXX are not for me.

You are not required to pick all the available themes in the menu page, they only show what's available to give all potential clients some idea of what I can write.


+ What's a 'word count'? Do you do per page commission?

We do writing commission per amount of word count ordered (measured per words).

We don't sell in per page measurement because the amount can be abstract or relative. But to give you a perspective, 1 page regularly contains about 300 words (Arial font, 12pt).


+ I'm too hesitating about commissioning.

Our studio has received clients from all over the globe internationally. Our commission delivery is 100% guaranteed. Just make sure your order form has all the information the writer needs to craft the story, and you are good to go.


+ Why shouldn't I be rude to Customer Service?

As we are a small studio, our customer service also handles most of the writing in this commission. Our main writer equips method writing when crafting your story. Affecting their psyche will result in writing process being halted or damaged.


+ What is 'method writing'?

Ever heard of something similar sounding such as 'method acting'? This is similar, in terms that the writer needs to embody the environment of the story in order to start the story crafting process, therefore simulating realistic character responses within the story. Disrupting this flow of concentration will severely disrupt the quality of the writing, if started at all.


+ What's a Google Doc?

It works like a livestream video, but in text format.


+ Do I really have to fill in the order form before starting an order?

If you are the type to be meticulous about the conciseness of your story, then the answer is a resounding yes.

If you are more of a free-spirited type, then feel free to leave the particulars to us. Just make sure you give enough essential information, such as your email address (or other means to contact you), your paypal email (for where we send your invoice to), and at the least a little bit about what kind of story you like (for a full genre/kink list, please visit Homepage).



+ What's an 'add-on'?

Additional items/features you can purchase alongside your commission order. Each item has a specific different function that can be beneficial for your project/story, so be sure to read through them carefully.


+ When will my commission be completed? What is the estimated delivery time?

For standard order: Once we start writing, about 1 to 2 days to several weeks, depending on the amount you order and traffic. Typically, it takes us ± 1 month to reach your slot.

For urgent order: We can start immediately right after payment completion (Priority add-on included).


+ What is your typical waiting time for Queue List?

For standard order: Each individual stories are custom made, so we're booked for months. You should also check our Queue page or contact us to see if there's any current opening.

+ Why is the amount in my invoice different from what I expected?

Most often the case is because of paypal fees. Depending on what you submitted in the order form, we can also add extra charges accordingly.


+ Do you do pro bono requests? Or custom free samples?

Sorry, but we're too busy working on paid orders to do anything else. We've got a wide range of existing free samples though (+100 stories). 


+ Do you offer any editing service?

Yes. See our current rate at homepage or order form.


+ Do you do RP?

Yes; live and by the hour.


+ Can I pay after the work is completed?

Our policies require upfront payments before any orders can be processed so we can have some form of insurance to start off the work. We may, however, allow certain add-ons to be paid later for professional projects (game, novel, etc) upon request. We can also withhold credits from your previous projects with us as a means to guarantee. To provide other means of insurance, please contact us.


+ There are certain rules of yours I don't quite fancy. Can I pay you extra to bend the rule a little bit?

Sure you can! Contact us and we can discuss further.


+ Where is your (most updated) commission sheet?

+ Why are you so expensive?

Quality takes time [plus] time is money [equals] pricy tag. The priciest we've seen in the market is $0.08 per word, while ours is currently still half of that.


+ When will your prices go down?

Our prices don't go down. But we do offer discounts periodically.


+ When will your Queue List be empty?

As a #1 international bestselling commission writing studio, we are always constantly swarmed with new orders. That being said, we can always guarantee that our queue list will never be empty, ever since we opened shop. If you're looking to get an immediate start on your project, we do allow exceptions (Priority Order, professional projects).


+ Do you offer bulk discount?

Our current pricing is designed to offer bulk discount right out the bat. Just 'add to cart' and you're good to go. Other than that, we also offer discounts periodically, so just keep a lookout!


+ Do you offer any additional discounts?

You can join our discord group here to stay up-to-date with our current ongoing promotions, offers and discounts. Who knows? We might even be having some active offers right now!


+ What if I don't want to wait for so long? Can I skip the queue?

Yes, you can! Just send us a quick PM with your chosen Priority tier. (Professional projects get automatic exceptions.)


+ Why does the queue take so long to process?

For standard project: Quality takes time. Also, some orders might need more attention or take extra time than others, depending on amount and traffic.

For professional project: Updates/revisions are immediate.


+ I made a mistake and gave the wrong instruction. Can you revise?

Yes, as long as it complies within our revision terms.


+ Am I allowed to make minor revisions after the story is completed?

Same answer as 🔝above.


+ I want to order, but I've got this extra long notes for my story. Is that okay?

Yup, no problem. You might have to paste your text on a Google Doc or the like and insert the link into your order form though. Also, notes above 500 words are subject for Case Study add-on charges.


+ What if I can't afford Premium Quality?

That's alright, it's optional; used especially for stories that need extra care, more background/concept development, or basically just something you want us to take more time on its creative thinking.


+ How do I get automatically notified for updates from Google Doc?

You can follow the simple step-by-step of this tutorial video.


+ If I email you, will I get a different answer to these questions?

Not likely.


+ What if I don't like the story I get?

Please be thorough when explaining what you want when submitting Order Form earlier on, because that's the base of our references to your story.

Aside from that, literature can be abstract. That being said, you can expect the delivery results falling within the reflexions of our samples.


+ What is your typical respond time?

1 hour to less than 1 day.


+ Why do I have to pay an add-on for a Re-study?

Because of the large scale of projects that come into our studio, it is impossible to have perfect recollection of notes older than a month. Re-study is not a requirement, but it is recommended, especially if you value intricate consistency.


+ Can I post my commissioned story at another site?

For personal stories: Yes, as long as you refer credit to us, add link of our homepage, (and include our logo whenever possible). While you're at it, why not make some extra cash by adding a referral code?

For professional stories: Depending on which add-on you choose (with name credit or non-credit).


+ What is an installment programs?

Basically, when you place a large order and need to pay by portion/chapter (you set the amount), we will set up an invoice that will allow you to make partial payments easily.


+ What is a pawning system?

Collateral-based payment, for those who don't have payment/cash ready but would like to start a story/project soon. Item(s) in collateral will serve as our guarantee that payment will be made/completed in the future.


+ What's an 'affiliate'?

You can earn some money $ every time someone uses your assigned promotional code; which you can then use to order more commission with us, or cash out. Here are some guidelines:


+ What's a 'membership'?

Just like what the title suggests, it's a monthly subscription specialized to our site, each pack offering a set of word count based stories + digital goodies. Go here to find out more.


+ What's a 'piggy bank' payment system?

You can save up some money $ by pay less fees with this program. Here are some guidelines:


+ I changed my mind. How do I request a refund?

Simply fill in this form and we will process your request as soon as possible.

+ I'm really stressed about your pricing! I could have gotten x dollars for the same quantity and quality > . <

We have offered prices in lower range before, but our customers today prefer the normal pricing better, as prove from recent promotions. What we have in the sample archive is the result of 10 years of polished dedication. If you truly believe so, then there’s really nothing we can do about it.


+ I'm growing impatient, but don't want to top-up Priority.

Depending on traffic, we might be able to help slightly, but eventually it will come down to our writers' capability.


+ I don't like some of the rules/terms of service.

You are in no obligation to place an order with us, but we do strive for good work and positive results. We want customers to understand what we can and can't do to ensure a smooth processing, hence why we are so elaborate in defining our products.

If you'd like to inquire certain types of exceptions for your project however, such as add-ons or the like, feel free to let us know about it.


+ I just want to be rude/looking for trouble.

We strongly discourage disruptive behaviour.


+ Sh#tf*ckaddsshhhsssttt!

We take offensive language and hostile threats very seriously. Continuous disruptive behavior will result in permanent blacklist and frozen assets without prior notice.


+ I bought something from you and now I’m confused/disappointed/irritated.

Take a screenshot and email it to us and we'll review your case (it takes about 3 x 24 hours of working days to look through an investigation, depending on your recent/old your project is at the moment).


+ I need help on a technical error.
