Leadership

Leadership is a value we hold close to our hearts as Panhellenic members. Not only does being a sorority woman open up many opportunities to be a leader within each individual chapter and on the Panhellenic council, but it also introduces you to many women leaders across campus who become role models.

Many of our chapters have been recognized nationally for their outstanding leadership, including our very own council which received the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) Excellence Award in 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. Receiving the NPC Excellence Award means that our Panhellenic community demonstrated success in the areas of recruitment, structure, communication with NPC Area Advisor, judicial procedure, programming, academics, and community impact/relations for the respective academic year.

The WPI Panhellenic Council also received Program of the Year from the Northeast Greek Leadership Association in 2014 for our substance-free programming initiatives.
