Each question must have four possible answers with the correct answer underlined and the page number of the answer indicated in parenthesis. Questions must be typed with the title of each book at the top of each page. Questions should deal with trivia, not significant details. However, they should not be too far-fetched. Failure to follow any of these directions will result in loss of credit.

Video Response - Submission Form

Each team may submit a 5 minute (maximum) video segment based on/or in response to one or more of the assigned readings. The entry should be submitted on the Google Form by the deadline. Failure to follow any of these directions will result in loss of credit.

*Teams earn 30 points for submitting both the questions and the video response. Teams must submit both the questions and video response to earn points.
