WorthWise is a personal wealth tracking and financial planning application.
WorthWise is designed to help you understand and plan your personal finances. It is intended for personal information and planning purposes only.
WorthWise does not provide regulated financial services.
WorthWise may provide different features, calculations, assumptions and information depending on the home region selected within the app.
You are responsible for selecting the home region that is appropriate for your circumstances.
Region-specific features are designed using information, rules and assumptions relevant to the region for which they are provided. They should not be assumed to apply to users in other countries or jurisdictions.
Selecting a different home region may result in features, calculations, assumptions or information that are not appropriate for your circumstances.
The availability of particular features may vary between regions. A feature available in one region may not be available, or may operate differently, in another region.
WorthWise does not provide currency conversion between regions. Currency symbols and formatting shown within the app are based on the selected home region and do not independently determine the currency or jurisdiction applicable to the financial information you enter.
Where WorthWise uses region-specific government, pension, tax, regulatory or economic information, you should check the relevant official sources where that information is important to your circumstances.
WorthWise does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice.
Any calculations, projections, estimates, targets, assumptions or planning tools provided by WorthWise are intended as planning aids only and are illustrative in nature.
They may be based on assumptions, information entered by you, default settings or other inputs and may not reflect actual future outcomes.
Nothing produced by WorthWise should be relied upon as a guarantee of future performance or as a substitute for professional advice.
You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions.
You are responsible for:
Selecting the home region that is appropriate for your circumstances.
Entering accurate and complete information.
Reviewing information before making financial decisions.
Checking assumptions, settings, calculations and projections where appropriate.
Ensuring that region-specific features and assumptions are appropriate for your circumstances.
Maintaining appropriate backups of information that is important to you.
Keeping your device and Apple Account secure.
Using WorthWise in accordance with applicable laws.
WorthWise stores its working app data locally on your device.
If iCloud synchronisation is available for your Apple Account, WorthWise may also use Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit services to synchronise supported app data between your Apple devices.
WorthWise does not require a WorthWise account and does not operate its own servers for storing your financial information.
Availability and operation of iCloud synchronisation depend on factors outside WorthWise’s control, including Apple’s services, your Apple Account configuration, network availability and device settings.
WorthWise does not guarantee that synchronisation will always be immediate, continuous, complete or error-free.
WorthWise cannot guarantee that data will always be recoverable through iCloud.
WorthWise allows you to create manual backup files.
Manual backups are separate from iCloud synchronisation.
You are responsible for deciding whether to create and retain backups of information that is important to you.
If you choose to store a backup using iCloud Drive or another storage provider, the availability and security of that storage service are governed by the provider responsible for it.
If your information is important to you, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups. Although WorthWise may support iCloud synchronisation and manual backups, no storage or synchronisation method can guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted or become unavailable.
WorthWise cannot guarantee that a backup file will always remain available, compatible or recoverable in every circumstance.
WorthWise provides certain features free of charge and may offer additional features through WorthWise Plus.
WorthWise Plus is available through automatically renewing subscriptions offered through Apple’s App Store. Available subscription periods, prices and introductory offers are shown within WorthWise and by Apple before purchase.
Where a free trial or other introductory offer is available, eligibility is determined by Apple and may depend on your previous subscriptions or use of introductory offers.
Unless cancelled before the end of a free trial, a subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price shown when you subscribed.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with Apple’s subscription terms and settings.
Subscription payments are processed by Apple. WorthWise does not directly collect or process your payment card or App Store billing information.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal and does not necessarily end access immediately; access may continue until the end of the current paid subscription period.
If WorthWise Plus expires or is cancelled, features requiring WorthWise Plus may become unavailable or restricted. Where supported by WorthWise, existing planner information may be preserved while access to Plus-only functionality is inactive.
Restoring purchases may be used to restore eligible WorthWise Plus access associated with your Apple Account.
Subscription prices, available plans, trial periods and other offers may change over time, subject to Apple’s applicable rules and any notice or consent required by law.
Purchases, renewals, refunds, billing, subscription management and eligibility for introductory offers are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
WorthWise may rely on services provided by Apple, including iCloud, CloudKit, LocalAuthentication and other system services.
These services are provided and controlled by Apple.
WorthWise is not responsible for outages, interruptions, delays, changes or failures affecting services provided by Apple or other third parties.
Future optional integrations with third-party financial or data services may be introduced. Additional terms or privacy information may apply to those services where appropriate.
WorthWise is provided on an “as available” basis.
While reasonable efforts are made to provide a reliable experience, WorthWise does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continuous availability or that the app will always be free from defects or errors.
Features, calculations, assumptions, functionality, regional availability or compatibility may be added, changed or removed as WorthWise evolves.
Updates to WorthWise may be required to maintain compatibility with Apple operating systems, services or other technologies.
WorthWise may provide calculations, projections, estimates, targets and other planning information.
These outputs depend on the information and assumptions used and may differ from actual financial outcomes.
WorthWise performs calculations using the assumptions, methodologies and rules implemented within the app.
Where calculations, assumptions or planning features are region-specific, they are intended for use with the home region for which they are provided and may not be appropriate for users in other jurisdictions.
Different users may have different expectations regarding how financial calculations should be performed, presented or interpreted. A difference between a user’s expectations and the methodology used by WorthWise does not necessarily indicate that a calculation is incorrect.
Default assumptions are provided for convenience and do not represent predictions, recommendations or guarantees.
You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether WorthWise’s assumptions, methodologies, calculations and settings are appropriate for your own circumstances and intended use.
Past performance, assumed growth rates and projected outcomes do not guarantee future results.
Although reasonable care is taken in the design and operation of WorthWise, data may be lost, corrupted, delayed, duplicated or become unavailable because of software errors, device failure, operating system changes, storage problems, failed synchronisation, user action or third-party service failures.
You should maintain appropriate backups of information that would be difficult or important to recreate.
WorthWise does not guarantee recovery of lost or corrupted data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WorthWise and its developer shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from or connected with:
Use of, or inability to use, WorthWise.
Incorrect, incomplete or outdated information entered into the app.
Selection of a home region that is not appropriate for the user’s circumstances.
Use of region-specific features, assumptions or information outside the region for which they are intended.
Errors, omissions or differences in calculations, estimates, projections or planning information.
Differences between a user’s expectations and the methodologies, assumptions or calculation rules implemented within WorthWise.
Reliance on calculations, projections or other information produced by WorthWise.
Financial decisions made using WorthWise.
Data loss, corruption, duplication or failed recovery.
Failure, delay or interruption of backups or synchronisation.
Failure or interruption of Apple’s iCloud, CloudKit or other third-party services.
Changes to device software, operating systems or third-party services.
This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
WorthWise, including its software, design, branding, text and other original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or reverse engineer WorthWise except where permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using WorthWise at any time by removing the app from your device.
Removing WorthWise from one device may not automatically delete information stored through iCloud or information present on other devices.
Your use of WorthWise may also end if the app is withdrawn or is no longer compatible with your device or operating system.
Your use of WorthWise may also be subject to Apple’s applicable terms and conditions.
Apple is responsible for the operation of its own services, including the App Store, iCloud and related platform services.
WorthWise is responsible for support relating specifically to the WorthWise app, except where responsibility rests with Apple under applicable law or under Apple’s own terms.
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time as WorthWise evolves.
The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the latest version became active.
Where required, updated Terms may be presented to you for acceptance before you continue using WorthWise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Any dispute will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
