Effective 10 October 2026
The license and purchase information for the current iOS version of Worm Garden.
App license
Worm Garden uses the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) unless a custom license is expressly provided in its App Store listing. This information page does not replace or amend that license.
Optional purchase
No Ads + Extras is an optional permanent, non-consumable purchase through Apple. It removes advertising offers and unlocks unlimited Undo in Gardens, one free second chance per Daily attempt, and the gardener gift without watching a video under its normal availability rules. It does not grant every video reward automatically. There is no recurring charge or subscription. Refer to the purchase screen for Apple’s current localized price before confirming.
Use Settings → No Ads + Extras → Restore purchases with the Apple Account used to purchase. Verified purchase status controls access to the extras; a refund or revocation may remove that access. Restoring the purchase does not restore locally saved puzzle progress.
Consumable bundle
Gardener’s Bundle is a separate optional consumable purchase: 150 Dewdrops plus 3 each of Shovel, Fertilizer and Seed. Drops are not included. It does not remove advertising or include No Ads + Extras. Each repeat purchase requires Apple confirmation; there is no automatic renewal.
Delivery is recorded in your local profile after transaction verification. Restore Purchases does not restore spent consumables or recreate a deleted local balance. We do not operate cross-device cloud saves. Contact support about a missing delivery before deleting the app. In-game currency and supplies have no cash redemption value.
Consumer rights and support
Apple processes payments and refund requests. See Apple’s refund guidance (https://support.apple.com/118223). Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights. Game and purchase support: support form (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc3BZ0eGksyf1n7vNEm1uOEcDAxF2bATJp-g0m3wVeITkudQg/viewform). Developer: Alex Vaitsiakhovich, Cyprus.
