There are more than 180 species of psilocybin mushrooms grown around the world! Here are some common shrooms in the United States:
Is one of the oldest know strain of shrooms. It was first described in 1906 in Cuba by Franklin Earle. These shrooms have big gold caps and golden stems when dried.
One of the largest growing strain of mushroom. It is one of the most versatile strain ever seen. This strain produces thick stems and veils with caramel color caps.
The strain is reported to deliver more physical and spiritual effects. It is a cross between the Mexican mushroom and the Alabama cubensis. The Alacabenzi was found in Mexico.
Penis Envy is actually a mutation of the Amazonian Cubensis. These special mushrooms veils don’t open up like regular mushrooms. The strain is known for its unmistakable resemblance to a male reproductive organ.
Is considered the “social” mushroom. This mushroom was found in South East Asia at a templed called Angkor Wat. These mushrooms are more yellow and brown on the caps with skinny yellow stems.
The strain originated in Panama and Latin America. These strains are bold caps. They aren’t as potent and are the caps are darker than other strains.
The Orissa India is the first psilocybin strain from India. The strain was often found growing under elephant poo! These mushrooms are known for growing big stems and big caps!
This strain was mutated from an ancient strain called Mazatapec. The strain comes from Oaxaca, Mexico. The shrooms are shorter with fuzzy stems and medium sized caps.
This mushroom is a hybrid of the infamous Penis Envy, and Albino PF, and is extremely potent.
This strain was first found in Tampa, Florida in 1977. Also known as “Philosopher’s Stones”. The strain is similar looking to a ruffle.
