I work smart, not hard. I build great teams, and we work efficiently. I keep myself and teams focused and aligned.
Everything we do is focused on results. If we try something new, there's expected outcomes, and we work to mitigate risk. When we see the results we want, we push for more.
Also, we have a lot of fun doing what we do! Being accomplished doesn't have to mean working long hours or being miserable doing what you do.
Absolutely. Email me directly HERE and I'll happily provide references.
It depends on the context, but I'd say working with me is pretty easy.
As a leader, I always communicate expectations. I feel that when we all understand what we're working toward, we can enjoy the work. I heard "you're literally the best boss I've ever had" and "you make being a freelancer so easy" more than once during my time at DTMG. That feedback matters.
If you're hiring me to do freelance work, expect plenty of questions! I like to understand the "ask" as fully as possible before starting a project. Opacity is fine, too, but more information is always better for me.
As a leader and freelancer, I'm collaboartive, nimble, efficient, and effective.
TL;DR - I don't have a "rate."
I focus on working with good people and doing great work. Let me know your budget ,and what you're looking for, and let's collaborate. I don't haggle over rates or salaries, but it's rare that I've had to turn work down just because of money.
You will never receive A.I.-generated content that I pass off as something I wrote.
I treat A.I. like a junior writer or research assistant. It can be useful for information gathering, but it's not a platform for generating publishable content.
Publishing A.I.-generated content is disingenuous, and I believe smart readers can tell what is and isn't A.I., which will do irreparable harm to a brand or site.
I don't; my published body of work is more than sufficient proof of my skillset.
I encourage anyone interested in working with me to view my published work. I'm also happy to provide additional samples via email, but I will not write an unpaid article or sample as a means of qualifying myself.
