Information for participants

• Tram: takes 43 minutes and costs around 4 euros. Has wifi.
• Bus: the airport bus takes around 20 minutes outside of not rush hour. A ticket costs 11 euros, or 19 euros for a return ticket? Has better wifi.
• Taxi: With no traffic , a taxi will take 20 minutes to the center. The price will be from 50 to 80 euro depending on the time of day and company. There is no fixed price, so you will have to pay according to the meeter. Assume that it will be expensive.

Norway has a lot of slow trains and roads with low speed limit passing through the mountains. Hence, for participants outside of Norway, arrival by train or car should only be considered if you want the trip and the view as part of the experience.

Train from Oslo to Bergen will be around 7 hours. Going by car will take even longer. To order train tickets, click here.

All supported participants will have a room at this hotel. Participants who do not receive financial support for accommodation will still receive a discounted price. Please contact the organizers for this. Price per night will be 977 NOK per night. The price for an additional person in the room is 200 NOK.

The hotel is located at the main square of Bergen. It is 22 minutes from the location of the workshop. Closest tram stop: Byparken (final stop).
