About the workshop

Purpose of the workshop

The central aim of the conference is to bring together researchers from different backgrounds in geometry and stochastic analysis, to discuss and advance the understanding and connection between geometric methods and techniques from stochastic analysis. We believe the conference will bring further interaction between different groups and pave the way for solving important problems. Particular emphasis will be put on aspects of the following topics: Stochastic differential geometry, geometric methods for stochastic partial differential equations, rough or stochastic differential equations on spaces with ambient geometry and numerical methods for stochastic analysis on Lie groups and manifolds.
