Ice breakers can be an fun way to start a meeting or training session as well an effective way to build trust and relationships in a team setting. These sessions are made to bring people together and set the tone for meetings and/or online learning module.
What has your team accomplished? What are you most proud of? Are you in need of a culture reset or just a good laugh with some co-workers? Icebreakers are often used when people do not usually work together, or may not know each other at all. However, it can be used to help build team relationships.
