The Group Representative (GR) serves a 3-year term and represents Working On Ourselves AFG by attending monthly meetings at the Salt River Valley Information Service (SRVAIS), District Meetings, Assemblies, and other Al-Anon meetings and conventions. Following each event, they provide a report for our group. 

Additionally, they encourage Woo members to take advantage of volunteer opportunities with the telephone line offered by SRVAIS for 12-step and informational calls.

The Treasurer is a 2-year term and collects the Seventh Tradition contributions and monies from literature sales, pays group expenses and reports income/expenses at regular intervals. 

The Secretary is a 2-year term responsible for recording the minutes of group conscience, the custodian of books and records, and general upkeep of group communication.

6-month term coordinates desserts the last Tuesday of month to celebrate al-anon Recovery dates

Greets newcomers and aids with recovery material and questions

The Chairperson serves a 1-month term and is responsible for leading our weekly meetings. This includes opening the meeting, introducing: the speaker or topic of discussion, and closing the meeting.
