These terms govern your use of the WordLava app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
WordLava is a daily word game. You guess a secret word, and every guess is ranked by how close its meaning is to the answer. The game runs entirely on your device and needs no internet connection to play.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use WordLava on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not sell, rent, redistribute or sublicense the app, attempt to extract its source code, or use it to build a competing product from its bundled data.
WordLava Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription:

The app also sells one-time purchases: hint credit packs, streak-freeze packs, and individual word packs. These are consumed inside the app and are not refundable through us.
How billing works:
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
A subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device.
If you cancel during a free trial, you keep access until the trial ends and are not charged.
Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm anything. Apple may adjust prices for currency or tax reasons; you will be asked to agree to any price increase.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restoring purchases: if you reinstall the app or use a new device, tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen.
Part of the game is free forever: a daily word, the two most recent archive days, a limited number of hints per day, and the free themes and packs. Pro removes those limits. We may adjust what is included in each tier in future versions.
The app stores your progress on your device. You are responsible for your device backups — because we hold no copy of your data, we cannot restore it if you lose or delete it.
The game's semantic data is derived from ConceptNet Numberbatch and Wikipedia, both under CC BY-SA 4.0. The derived data files distributed with the app carry the same licence. Full attribution is on the Licences screen inside the app. The app's own code, artwork and puzzle design are not covered by those licences and remain ours.
We may update the app, change features, or stop supporting older versions. We aim to keep the game playable offline, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
