Site Context

The Site:

The site comprises approximately 150 acres of land, directly adjoining the settlement boundary of Woolavington on its western side. 

Directly north of the site is Gravity Smart Campus, which will deliver upwards of 7,500 jobs and offer complimentary uses such as a rail halt and health, sport and social facilities.

The site sits outside of any designated natural constraints and is therefore unaffected by areas of flood risk and would not impact upon any Conservation Areas of Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Well connected to the wider area, Woolavington West is one mile from M5 Junction 23 and four miles by road from Bridgwater.
