Welcome to Woof.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Woof application ("Woof", the "App", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Kove Studios.
By creating an account or using Woof, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Woof.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for:
providing accurate information;
keeping your account secure;
maintaining the accuracy of your profile;
using only your own account;
notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must not create an account using another person's identity or impersonate another person.
Woof allows you to create profiles for your dog or dogs.
You are responsible for the information, photographs, and other content you upload.
You should only upload photographs and content that you have the right to use.
You should not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in your profile.
You agree to use Woof respectfully and lawfully.
You must not use Woof to:
harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse another person;
create fake or misleading profiles;
impersonate another person;
send spam or unsolicited commercial messages;
distribute illegal or harmful content;
use the service for fraud or scams;
upload content that you do not have the right to use;
promote or facilitate illegal activity;
collect information about other users for purposes unrelated to Woof;
interfere with the operation or security of the App;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
use Woof to sell or trade animals in violation of applicable laws;
otherwise misuse the service.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Woof.
By uploading content, you grant Kove Studios a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content as necessary to operate and provide Woof.
This permission exists only for purposes connected with operating, improving, securing, and providing the service.
You can remove content by deleting it where the App provides that functionality or by deleting your account, subject to information that may need to be retained for legal, security, or other legitimate purposes.
Woof helps people discover and connect with other dog owners.
You are responsible for your interactions with other users.
Kove Studios does not conduct background checks on users and does not guarantee that information provided by users is accurate.
If you arrange to meet another user or their dog, you do so at your own discretion and risk.
Use appropriate caution when meeting someone you first encountered online. Choose public locations and take reasonable precautions.
Woof does not provide veterinary, medical, behavioural, or professional animal-care advice.
Information provided by users about their dogs may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Kove Studios does not guarantee the health, vaccination status, temperament, behaviour, breed, age, or other characteristics of any dog represented on Woof.
Users are responsible for making their own decisions regarding interactions between dogs and owners.
Woof may provide tools for blocking and reporting users or content.
We may review reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, restricting functionality, suspending accounts, or permanently terminating accounts.
We do not guarantee that every violation will be detected or that every report will result in a particular outcome.

You may stop using Woof and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that:
these Terms have been violated;
the service is being abused;
the account presents a security or safety risk;
the account is involved in fraud or unlawful activity;
action is necessary to protect users or the service.
Where appropriate, we may also remove content that violates these Terms.
We aim to keep Woof available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary.
Woof is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee:
that the information provided by users is accurate;
that you will find a match or connection;
that another user is who they claim to be;
that interactions between users or dogs will be safe;
that the service will always operate without interruption or errors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kove Studios will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of Woof.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may provide additional notice through the App.
Your continued use of Woof after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Kove Studios is established, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that apply to you under applicable law.
