If you want to delete your Woof account and associated personal information, you can request account deletion using the options below.
If account deletion is available in your version of the App:
Open Woof.
Open Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you cannot access the App, you can request deletion by contacting:

Please use the email address associated with your Woof account where possible so that we can verify the request and locate the correct account.
When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain for legitimate purposes.
This may include:
your account information;
your dog profiles;
profile photographs;
profile information;
matching and interaction data associated with your account;
other personal information associated with your account.
Some information may need to be retained for a limited period where necessary for:
legal obligations;
fraud prevention;
security;
dispute resolution;
enforcement of our Terms of Service;
protection of other users.
Messages or other content that you have sent to another user may not necessarily disappear from that person's account when you delete your own account. Where technically and legally appropriate, information associated with a deleted account will be removed or anonymized.
We will process valid account deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
If additional information is required to verify the request, we may contact you using the information provided with the request.
