Clubs

If you would like to start a club, you must find a teacher willing to sponsor your club. Grab a Club Form from the main office, fill it out, and submit it to a Vice Principal.

Clubs can be classified into the following categories:

Councils Selective membership e.g. SAC, Prefects, WAA, MAC, Voice

Committees Event planning e.g. International Bazaar, Prom, Yearbook

Crews Specialized tasks e.g. Announcements, Tech

Competition Training and preparation e.g. DECA, Debate, HOSA, MUN, Robotics

Charity Fundraising and awareness e.g. Amnesty, Eco Club, HPI, MEDLIFE, Prefects

Culture Faith- and culture-based groups e.g. ASA, BSA, FIA, MSA

Casual Interest Drop-in e.g. Art, Chess, Drama, Math, Writers Club

Note to elementary students:

Councils, Committees, and Crews are generally open to secondary students only, except for Voice. Students wanting to join DECA can join DECA Junior, which prepares students for high school competition. Most other clubs welcome elementary students to join and participate.
