Leasing

All animals must be on the lease.

There is a $250 Animal Responsibility Fee due at lease signing.

Monthly fees are $20 for cats.

Cats must have up-to-date shots, and proof provided.

Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent) is due upon signing a lease.

First Month's Rent (prorated) is due upon move-in; pay First Month's Rent to receive keys.

Last Month's Rent is due within 30 days of the lease sign. Other arrangements can be made.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. You have until the 5th to make payment

We prefer payment via Checks, but can receive payment other methods like Money Order, Cash, Credit Card. and Bank Transfers through Cozy.co. You may want to talk to your bank about BillPay convenience features.
