Our apartments are individual units in a small 8 unit community. Having your own private amenities allow for each individual household to take care of daily chores themselves. No need to fight over laundry machines! We include the following:

Each unit has two parking spaces in back, one under a car port and one uncovered space, along with the storage unit attached to the car port. There is ample parking for guests in the front along Woodriver Drive.

Nearby the Murdale shopping center are a lot of convenient stores, including grocery stores such as the Neighborhood Co-Op, Fresh Foods, and International Grocery and Schnuck's Grocery store is less than a mile away.

Water: $25 per person per month, from the City of Carbondale, 618-457-3265
Gas/Electric: $75-125 per month, from Ameren Illinois, 1-800-755-5000
Internet: $60-70 per month for an average plan from Mediacom (zip 62901)
