1. Acceptance of Terms  

By downloading, installing, or using WoodBot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.  

2. Description of Service  

WoodBot is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence, powered by third-party infrastructure, to identify trees, plants, and wood types from user-uploaded photos. The App provides AI-generated identification and information for educational and informational purposes only.  

3. User Rights and Restrictions  

You may:  

• Use the App for personal use to receive AI-generated plant, tree, or wood identifications.  

• Share your results with others if you choose.  

• You may not:  

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App.  

• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.  

• Upload photos that violate any laws, infringe on the rights of others, or depict illegal or inappropriate content (e.g., explicit material, harassment, hate speech).  

• Attempt to interfere with, exploit, or disrupt the operation or security of the App.  

• Use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.  

4. Intellectual Property  

The App, including its original content, features, design, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.  

5. Generated Content  

• The plant, tree, or wood identifications generated by the App are produced through automated processing using third-party AI services and are intended for general informational purposes only.  

• We do not claim ownership of the photos you upload, and we do not store them after processing.  

• You are solely responsible for the images you upload and any consequences of sharing or using the generated results.  

• The App is not intended for use in critical, safety-sensitive, or professional identification scenarios and should not replace expert consultation.  

6. Disclaimer of Warranties  

• WoodBot is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.  

• While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the precision, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated identifications.  

• The results are approximations based on AI interpretation and may not reflect exact species or characteristics.  

7. Limitation of Liability & No Responsibility for User Actions  

• We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from reliance on the identifications generated by the App.  

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising out of your use or misuse of the App or its output.  

• Users should exercise discretion and avoid using the App for decisions that require exact scientific or professional plant identification.  

8. Privacy and Data Usage  

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use data.  

9. Changes to Terms  

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected in the effective date, and continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any revised Terms.  

10. Governing Law  

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.  

11. Termination  

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to WoodBot immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use.
