• Uploaded Photos: The photos you upload are sent to external infrastructure to identify trees, plants, or wood types. These are processed temporarily and not stored.  

• Basic Usage Analytics: We collect anonymized data to improve app performance and user experience.  

3. How We Use Information  

• Uploaded Photos: Your images are processed in real time using AI to provide tree, plant, or wood identification. The data is used temporarily and discarded after processing.  

• Usage Analytics: Aggregated and anonymized data helps us enhance app features and overall functionality.

• Third-Party Processing: Uploaded photos may be processed using external infrastructure for the sole purpose of plant and wood identification. These services do not retain the data.  

• We do not store, sell, or share any user data with third parties.

• No Data Retention: Uploaded photos are not stored on our servers or retained by third-party services after processing.  

• We implement reasonable security measures to protect data during upload and processing.

WoodBot is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
