Pond

As it states on the sign that is at the pond entrance, the following rules are in place for the safety and enjoyment of the Wonder Valley property owners and their guests:

• No swimming allowed as there is no life guard present

• No boating allowed

• All fishing is "catch and release" only

• Children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times

• The pond hours are dawn to dusk.

In addition, property owners or renters need to accompany any guests at the pond, as it is a members-only location. Please park your vehicles in the designated parking area. Do not park vehicles or trespass on the lots surrounding the pond, as this is private property. Please pick up your trash to keep our pond in good condition. Thank you.
