The POA has expenses every year related to taxes on all property owned by POA, liability insurance coverage, general maintenance, pond maintenance, mailings, publication of legal documents, legal consultation fees, updating the website, sending newsletters, and much more.  In short, your dues help to "do" quite a lot! Please attend a board meeting if you would like to become more involved. Our objective is to work to improve our community so that we can continue to attract great people to live and stay here, while maintaining or increasing our local property values.
