TennisLink is the official online platform used by the United States Tennis Association (USTA) to manage league tennis. It is where players register for leagues, captains create and manage teams, match scores are entered, and standings are tracked. If you are participating in a USTA league, TennisLink is the primary system you will use throughout the season.
Players use TennisLink to register for teams, view schedules, track match results, and monitor standings.
Captains and Co-Captains use TennisLink to create teams, manage rosters, enter scores, and communicate with players.
League Coordinators use TennisLink to administer leagues, verify eligibility, and oversee scoring and standings.
To use TennisLink, you must have a USTA account.
Visit the USTA website and log in using your USTA credentials.
If you do not already have an account, you will need to create one before registering for a league or joining a team.
Once logged in, TennisLink tools are available through the USTA League section of your profile.
Players register for leagues through TennisLink by:
Selecting the appropriate league (Adult, Mixed, Combo, etc.)
Entering the team number provided by the captain
Completing payment and confirming registration
Your registration is not complete until payment is successfully processed.
Captains use TennisLink to:
Create a team and generate a team number
Register themselves as captain or co-captain
Share the team number with players so they can register
Monitor roster eligibility and player registrations
A team number is only valid once at least one registration has been completed and paid.
Throughout the season, TennisLink is used to:
View match schedules and locations
Enter match scores after completion of the full team match
Track team standings and individual match results
Scores must be entered correctly and within required timeframes to ensure accurate standings.
Checking match times and locations
Verifying opponent lineups
Reviewing score histories
Confirming player eligibility and ratings
Always log in before attempting to create a team or enter scores
Double-check player names and scores before submitting
Keep a copy of match scorecards in case corrections are needed
Contact your Local League Coordinator if you encounter system errors or have questions
TennisLink can be accessed through both a web browser and the USTA mobile app.
The app is helpful for viewing schedules, standings, and match information. However, not all TennisLink features are available in the app. For full functionality—especially for captains—it is recommended to access TennisLink on a computer or tablet.
Visit Using TennisLink for further instructions and videos.
If you still have questions about using TennisLink, your Local League Coordinator is your first point of contact. The USTA website also provides tutorials, FAQs, and support resources for both players and captains.
TennisLink is designed to keep league play organized and transparent. Once you become familiar with it, it becomes an essential and easy-to-use tool for managing your USTA league experience.
