To assign a co-captain in TennisLink
Log in to TennisLink, go to Team Management, select your team, click the Edit (pencil icon) next to the Co-Captain field, and choose a player from the dropdown menu to assign them; this can be done anytime during the season for an existing team.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Log In: Go to tennislink.usta.com/Leagues/Common/ and sign into your USTA account.
Access Team Management: On the right side, under "My Quick Links," click on the link for Team Management.
Select Your Team: Choose your team's name from the dropdown menu; it will appear under the "TEAMS I CAPTAIN OR CO-CAPTAIN" tab.
Edit Co-Captain: Find the "Co-Captain" listing on your team's page and click the Edit (pencil icon) next to it.
Assign Player: A dropdown list will appear, allowing you to select a player to be the new co-captain.
Save Changes: Confirm your selection to assign the new co-captain. You can reassign this role as needed throughout the season.
Important Notes:
You must be logged in as the current captain to make this change.
TennisLink only allows two designated captain/co-captain roles per team.
You can also use the USTA mobile app to manage your team, navigating to "My Game" and then "My League Team Management Tool".

If you run into any issues, the Local League Coordinator can also make changes in the system. Don't hesitate to reach out.
The LLC is also able to add a Non-Playing Captain or Co-Captain if needed.
