19th Annual Veterans Annual Creative Arts Competition
Each year in September, the Western NC VA Health Care System hosts a local VA Creative Arts Festival. The first place results of this local event are then sent to the National VA Creative Arts Festival for National judging. Veteran artists who would like to participate in the local Veterans Creative Arts Competition please contact Rebekah Wiggins Susan.Wiggins@VA.gov
