Burn-Out Transformation Packages
These packages are designed to provide gentle and empowering support for professional adults running on fumes. Each package combines personal relief, calming routines, and practical, realistic tools to help you transition from survival mode to steadier days.
Final pricing depends on location, travel, and the priorities identified during your initial consultation.
Burnout Support & Reset Packages
Sometimes life becomes overwhelming, and what you really need isn't another to-do list or someone telling you to practice self-care. You need someone to show up, lend a hand, and help lighten the load.
White Mountain Nanny offers practical, compassionate, non-medical support for busy families, parents, caregivers, and individuals who could use a little extra help getting back on their feet.
Whether you need a few uninterrupted hours, help catching up at home, or consistent support over several weeks, these packages are designed to meet you where you are, without judgment or unrealistic expectations.

Includes a brief follow-up check-in.
A little help each week can make a meaningful difference.
Four five-hour sessions over approximately one month, designed for families and individuals who need ongoing practical support rather than a one-time reset.

Scheduled childcare or non-medical relief
Meal planning and preparation
Light household organization
Errands and daily-life assistance
Family routines and practical planning
Parenting guidance within the scope of Triple P certification, when appropriate

For the people who spend so much of their time caring for everyone else.
Designed with parents, family caregivers, educators, healthcare professionals, social workers, and others carrying significant caregiving responsibilities in mind.
Three four-hour sessions over approximately two weeks, tailored to what would genuinely make life easier.
Whether you need someone to care for the children, help with everyday responsibilities, or create space for you to rest, this package is about making sure the person doing the caring receives support, too.
A Few Things to Know
Flexible and Personal: Every package is customizable. We'll talk about your priorities and agree on a realistic plan before getting started.
Rates: Packages are based on $35 per hour. Additional time is billed at the applicable service rate. Specialized support, including respite care, may require a higher rate.
Scheduling: Sessions are arranged according to availability. A three-hour minimum applies to individual visits.
Travel: Additional mileage or travel charges may apply outside the standard service area and will be discussed in advance.
Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Scope of Services: Household support includes light tidying, organization, laundry, simple meal preparation, and everyday errands. Deep cleaning, hazardous waste removal, heavy lifting, and clinical or therapeutic services are not included.
Respite Care: Specialized non-medical respite is offered separately for children, teens, and adults who require individualized supervision or additional support. Eligibility and pricing are determined by the individual's care needs, rather than diagnosis alone.
You Don't Have to Do Everything Alone.
Sometimes the most helpful thing someone can offer is their time, their presence, and a willingness to take a few things off your plate.
That's what these packages are all about.
Newborn Baby Bundles
Because caring for a new baby means caring for the whole family.
Welcoming a new baby is one of life's most meaningful transitions. It's a season filled with love, discovery, sleepless nights, and sometimes a little uncertainty. And while so much attention naturally goes to the newest member of the family, the people caring for that little one deserve care, too.
White Mountain Nanny's New Baby Bundles offer gentle, dependable, in-home support during those early weeks and months. Whether that means an extra set of experienced hands, someone to lovingly care for your baby while you rest, help with everyday routines, or simply a reassuring presence as you find your footing, support is thoughtfully tailored to your family's needs.
From newborn soothing, feeding routines, diapering, and safe sleep practices to light baby-related household tasks and giving parents a chance to shower, nap, or enjoy a quiet moment, the goal is to make this new chapter feel a little less overwhelming.
There's no expectation to have everything figured out, no perfect schedule to follow, and certainly no judgment. Just compassionate, practical support that respects your choices, honors your instincts, and helps your family settle into its own rhythm.
A Thoughtful Gift for Growing Families
New Baby Bundles also make wonderful baby shower, adoption, and new-parent gifts. Because sometimes the most meaningful thing we can give a growing family isn't another blanket or outfit. It's time to rest, a little reassurance, and someone they can count on.
Whether you're preparing to welcome a baby or looking for a meaningful way to support someone you love, I'd be honored to be part of your village.
New Baby Bundles
A little rest for you. A lot of love for your growing family.
Those first weeks and months with a new baby can be wonderful, exhausting, and everything in between. Sometimes the greatest gift is simply having someone you trust step in so you can rest, recharge, or catch up on life's little necessities.
White Mountain Nanny offers flexible, nurturing in-home support for babies and their families, with care tailored to your routines, preferences, and changing needs.
