2026 - Basic Pricing Guide 

Childcare Infants–12 | neurotypically developing children. 

 Infant/Toddler care (1 child, under 36 months): $35/hr

         *Please inquire about rates for additional children.
      Standard care (1–2 children, 36 months–12 years): $35/hr 

Non-Medical Youth Respite (Ages 36 months–12 | disability/behavioral needs): $40+/hr

This service is designed for 1:1 encouragement for children who require higher levels of supervision and direction. Includes children with diagnoses, such as, but not limited to, ADHD, ASD, ODD, RAD, or Therapeutic Foster Care Level C or D.

Non-Medical Teen & Adult Respite (Ages 13+ | adults & seniors) - $37+/hr
Non-medical supervision and routine support for light 1:1 needs (e.g., CP, MS, arthritis). 

This service is designed for 1:1 encouragement for teens and adults who require higher levels of supervision and direction. 

Pet Care (in-home) -

Standard visit (45–60 min, 1–2 pets): $35/visit
Overnight house/pet sitting (5pm–8am, 1–2 pets): $95–$125/night

Special Event Childcare (Weddings, corporate events/holiday parties, private parties, baby/bridal showers, celebrations of life, etc.): $TBD

Pricing varies based on the number of children, ages of children, event location, staffing needs, and any special circumstances or accommodations requested. Don't hesitate to get in touch with White Mountain Nanny directly for an individualized quote. Please note: All special event bookings require a 50% deposit to reserve the date. Cancellations require at least 30 days’ notice.

Please note: most bookings require a 3-hour minimum. 

Mileage/Travel: Free within 20 miles. $0.67/mile >20 miles, one-way.  
Holidays: 1.5x rate on major holidays (when available)
Cancellations: 48 hours' notice appreciated
Virtual Meet & Greets: Free up to 30 minutes
