The Welfare Management Unit (WMU) under STADD has established the Needy Students Database to identify students in need to provide financial and welfare assistance whenever possible.
The database is also a system to record and keep the student's data in case any other offices request for names of the underprivileged students.
The verification period is subject to working days.
Any confirmation related to this matter will only be carried out on official business days.

If your name is not listed but you are eligible to be registered as an IIUM Needy Student, please complete the GOOGLE FORM for registration.

To be listed in the IIUM Needy Students Database, students may complete the designated GOOGLE FORM if they meet either of the following eligibility criteria:
Malaysian students:
Belong to the B40 category (monthly household gross income of RM5,250 or below); or
Belong to the eligible M40 category (monthly household gross income from RM5,250 until RM8,000).
International students:
Have a monthly household gross income below USD 1,000.
International students must get verification from WMU STADD before filling out the Google Form to be registered as IIUM Needy Student.
