Registration + Forms

Registration is a multi-step process! Let us know if you need any help along the way:

1. Register and complete Aktivate.com (There are no additional fees for our club).

2. Register your athlete for the Three Rivers League ($45) on the OISRA website HERE. Deadline is Dec 6th (or $20 late fee).

3. Register and pay at Willy Camp Winter Registration Form

4. Download and READ the WLHS Ski Team handbook
   Ski Team Handbook 2025-26.pdf

5. Fill out and sign the following required forms: TBD

Important: Open the form, then save it to your computer as a PDF before you fill it out and send it back. (Don’t fill it in online.)

6. Check for Team Payment: payable to "West Linn High School Ski Team" $TBD

7. Separate Check for Volunteer Deposit: payable to "West Linn High School Ski Team" $150

8. Purchase your Mt. Hood Fusion Season Pass

9. Sign waivers electronically for Ski Bowl and Mt. Hood Meadows. Required by all of the ski training/race sites for release of liability and medical assistance.  Be sure to complete both liability and medical forms, if instructed.

10. Complete the WLWV background check authorization form (Required by the West Linn-Wilsonville School Disctrict for all parents interacting with students in a capacity where they will be a volunteer and alone with a student).

11. If your athlete plans to drive themselves to a race or training, complete the athlete driver exemption form
