WLMB relies greatly on our support from local businesses and corporations! Some of our most significant expenses include uniforms, instruction, travel to competitions, meals, and maintenance of instruments and equipment.

Your generous sponsorship is tax deductible to the extent of the law.

Are you interested in donating or becoming a corporate sponsor?

You can now donate online to become a sponsor. WLMB 2026 Online Corporate Sponsorship Form (We don't pay any fees through this site because we are a non-profit, so when it asks you if you would like to donate to the site platform, it will not effect the amount of money we will receive. We receive your full donation either way!) If you complete the online form we will follow up with a contact to arrange for your sponsorship items!

NEW Endowment Sponsor Program

While the combined Walled Lake Marching Band has been performing together since 2021, Walled Lake’s competitive marching tradition extends more than 25 years. We are fortunate to have many sponsors who support the program year after year, and we are deeply grateful for their continued commitment. To honor those who wish to make a long‑term investment in the success of our students, we are introducing a new Endowment Sponsor Program. With a five‑year commitment of at least $2,500 annually (or a one‑time contribution of $12,500), Endowment Sponsors receive all Ensemble‑Level benefits, along with prominent logo placement on our full‑size semi‑trailer. This trailer accompanies the band to every performance throughout the marching season and supports the Walled Lake Performance Ensemble during the winter percussion season, providing exceptional visibility for our most dedicated partners.

WLMB Special Sponsor Programs

Performer Scholarship

As a primarily self‑funded program, students and their families are responsible for annual membership dues. Because Marching Band is not part of the athletic department, the district’s “Pay to Play” fees do not apply to our ensemble. We believe strongly that financial hardship should never prevent a student from participating. When a student demonstrates the commitment to be part of this program, we do everything we can to support their growth. This sponsorship option provides a full scholarship ($1,350) or half scholarship ($675) to help a student in need cover their dues.

Meal Sponsorships

Throughout the marching season, there are many long rehearsal days when performers and staff are on site for 12 hours or more. On these days, we provide meals to all members and staff to ensure they are well‑supported. Businesses may sponsor a meal through a monetary contribution ($725) or by providing food and beverages directly. Sponsors receive prominent recognition during the meal service and in our weekly email communication to members and their families.
