Reporting problems
Problems in Withington with the maintenance of public spaces, with refuse, with drains, graffiti, poor paving, faulty lighting, excessive noise, etc. should be reported to www.manchester.gov.uk/environment (preferably), or phone 0161 234 5004, or email contact@manchester.gov.uk.
Reporting Anti-Social Behaviour
Residents who are experiencing noise disturbance should contact Manchester City Council’s Licensing and Out of Hours Team on 0161 234 5004. Calls made during office hours will be directed to the general Manchester City Council switchboard. Out-of-hours calls (at night or weekends) will receive a recorded message and then be put through to the Out-of-hours Team. The Team works in the community from 8.45pm until 4.30am. If you wish, you can use the link above to report a problem online. If students are involved, you may call the Off-Campus Student Affairs Officer at Manchester Student Homes, during office hours, on 0161 275 0750 (07747 006 843).
