Valentine-Brett House

The c.1863 Valentine-Brett House (706 North Main Street), the earliest surviving building in the district, is a two-story Italianate-style house with a rear ell. It features an elaborate multilevel porch with square columns, molded capitals, sawn brackets, and sawn balustrades.
