HOTEL ROOMS

CHECKING INTO THE FESTIVAL
Check in at the volunteer registration desk (near the main registration desk) on the second floor in the lobby. You'll get a different wristband depending on the commitment level you are signed up for. This will be your way to access all the festival has to offer on the days you're participating. After checking in, if you have any questions, the Volunteer office will be right around the corner!

PARKING

Parking at the Hyatt is free after 8pm on weekdays, and free on Saturday and Sunday. There is parking available anywhere in the Bellevue Collection. Note - if you stay at the hotel you will be charged for parking when you check into the hotel. More information about locations here:

FOOD

The festival will not be providing full meals to all volunteers though we will have a Lounge area in the hallway by the Evergreen Ballroom with coffee, tea, snacks and other food from morning to night. We also plan to have a microwave in the Lounge, and there are microwaves in the halls of a few of the hotel room floors but please plan accordingly for your own full meals. There are several food options within the Bellevue collection, as well as grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance of the Hyatt.

NAME-TAGS

We will have a label-maker onsite to print name tags on demand (and while supplies last) for those who would like one, but please provide your own lanyard! We will be providing volunteer T-shirts to 3-day volunteers that you are invited to wear during your shifts, and if you have a name-tag from a previous year, you are encouraged to bring it! This way we can reduce the amount amount of plastic waste and labor historically spent on making name tags for everyone who works or volunteers at the festival.
