For 2026, we are introducing a tiered approach to volunteer hours with 3 different time commitment levels-
4-6 volunteer hours (average 1 shift) in exchange for-
-(1) festival pass valid on the same day you volunteer
Access to the Wintergrass Hospitality Lounge on the Evergreen level stocked coffee, tea, homemade cookies, and other snacks on the day you volunteer
7-10 volunteer hours (avg 2 shifts) in exchange for-
(1) pass valid on the same day you volunteer
An additional (1) day pass for a day of your choosing
Access to the hospitality lounge on the days you volunteer
11-14 volunteer hours (avg 3 shifts) in exchange for-
(1) full-weekend Wintergrass wristband for 2026
A unique wintergrass 2026 volunteer T-shirt
access to the hospitality lounge throughout the festival
*Note - Due to the nature of the work, some volunteer teams (artist ambassadors, production, hospitality kitchen) require full - weekend volunteers
In addition, we require all volunteers agree to the following Release and Waiver of Liability when filling out the online application-
