For our first meeting, we introduced the latin club to newcomers and reviewed our plan for the entire year. To get people in the Certamen mood and teach the game to people who hadn't played before, we played a round of street "Ke-Tamen" (named after one of our presidents).

In preperation for Yale Certamen, we practiced weekly and helped people study by making study guides and review sheets. Bonam fortunam certaminatores!

We made Thanksgiving cards on the 1st for hospitalized children. Everyone made such beautiful cards!

On the 25th we attended MassJCL Kickoff (which was located at our highschool for the fourth year in a row). We had a lot of fun playing certamen, won 2nd at the catapult contest, and learned about the ins and outs of the MassJCL.
